Interiosity wants you to be able to buy with confidence.

However, should you wish to return your purchases* we are happy to offer a full refund** within 7 days of purchase*** provided there is a proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition****

We will issue the full refund to the card used when placing the order.

Please allow up to 10 working days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.

Please note:

The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot. We therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service, and retain a proof of delivery for your records.


An exchange or store credit is given within 28 days of purchase*** provided there is a proof of purchase and it is in perfect saleable condition****


Goods without proof of purchase cannot be returned.

An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items.

We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products (for hygiene & safety reasons).  See exclusions list below.

****Goods must be still in original packaging, unused, undamaged

 Goods purchased in store can be returned in person to any of our till points or if you wish to send your item back please follow the same steps as outlined here for an online customer.

Deposits are strictly Non-Refundable; monies paid against goods on hold/account are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Sale items or special purchases bought in the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or refund (by way of a shopping credit) if returned within their original condition**** with proof of purchase***, within 28 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Services on: +353 (021) 4898471 or email us: so we can arrange a repair, replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or opened upon delivery please do not accept the delivery and contact Customer Services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.
