After studying pharmacy and starting a professional career in this branch, Brigitte abandoned this path, which was incompatible with a new life in Australia.

It was at this time (1983) that she turned to oil painting and trained with demanding teachers (old-fashioned painting technique).

Very quickly his favorite subjects turned to the painting of flowers, still lifes and landscapes.

Over time she refines these techniques and her flower painting technique becomes very personal. 

She seeks color and lightness of the flower in her representations, which implies no repentance in her painting.
